Below avg customer service, higher than avg costs for pest control

Found this service lacking in customer service and response time. Termite contracts was $150 for annual renewal contract which is avg, however no contract for other pests and charges higher than avg for each time they come out to spray. $65 per initial vist and $65 for each follow-up visit.
