Two women came to my condo at 8:30am on a Saturday and were finished by 10am. They did an AMAZING job given how much dog hair they collected in their vacuum cleaner. They were polite, thorough, easy to work with and I will definitely use them again.

This is a poorly run completely inept company. They blame their bad review on Yelp policies rather than acknowledge their failures and improve. The owner wrote to me "Don't trust Yelp. They filter results to favor paid advertisers." I don't see what ads have to do with the numerous horrible reviews they receive for doing a terrible job for maid service.

Horrible service. The maids and the cleaning went ok but the office staff including Suzanne and kelly are absolutely rude. They are aggressive and nasty. Never again.

I chose this service based on a recommendation of a colleague. I found the maids to be very rude and unfriendly towards me anytime I requested (politely) of what I wished for in terms of cleaning. I felt very uncomfortable in my own home. I will not use this service again.
