Absolutely horrendous company. They sent an installer who couldn't speak any English and had no clue what he was doing. It took over a week for us to receive the programming after the initial install. Alvi Satellite was supposed to give me $100 cash back, which they swindled. I should have gone to dish network directly. Avoid this company.

If you do work for Alvi Satellites do not expect to be paid timely. Do expect to hear a lot of we will mail your check today. Since this was posted Alvi has rectified its deficiencies. I continue willing to work for them, They demand a quality install and customer satisfaction. If you are in need of satellite service, I find Alvi to be honorable.
