I recently had a bad fall . I broke my humerus and dislocated my shoulder. I was in terrible pain. Dr Ballard was on call and to my immense relief, she operated that same day. Can't give negative ratings so this is as low as I can go. COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE excuse for a human being much less a doctor!!!! I had read reviews saying she had no bedside manner but made the mistake of trying her due to her academic history.... BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!! Save yourself A lot of wasted time and RUN AWAY!!!! Dr. Burnikel and his pa donald were awesome to me.i had a knee replacement from Dr. Burnikel. i was a bit of a stress monkey .stress monkey on oxy codeine(bad combo). gave back the oxy .he was kind and empathetic when i was a difficult patient.plus he has a great sense of humour as does donald.
