the apartment is very comfortable, is very close to all the places I need, my apartment has a nice pool and barbicue, wow !! I am very excited and grateful to God !!! Yessssss

i lived in alva gardens for 4 years until the manager ---- became the community's manager. She was un-professional, predigest, and caused many disagreements with other community neighbors who had lived there for quite along time. In short she is a b$%@tch. Otherwise i would move back.

I've lived here almost 20 years. Everything is in order. Laundry room is clean aand overall the apartments are well kept. The manager is nice and she gets the job done.

Can't believe people would consider this a place this live at! First of all there are a lot of noisy, disoriented people living here. The walls in the apartments are made of cardboard and you can heard a rat fart in the other apartment , not to mention the noise outside in the street and inside the complex it's like living inside a willy wonka factory. im just waiting for the oommpa loommpa's...
