We went with this company because they have been in business for a long time and their website seemed legitimate. MY WIFE AND I'S MISTAKE! Worst customer service. Poor time management and we had to hire another contractor to finish our pool. Like the comment said above, DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY!

My husband and I appreciate Gary from Altra Pools for fixing our pool when no one else could. In this economy it is refreshing to have someone so professional, knowledgable, and sincere. It is no wonder why they were the recipients of the 2010 American Home Shield Customer Choice/Quality Contractor of the year. Our pool has never looked so good! We will never use anyone else again.

We hired Gary Booth owner of Altra Pools to build our pool. He seemed very interested in us and spent a lot of time with us initially. He started the week of Thanksgiving and here we are mid August and our pool is technically not done. Although it is swimable, there are many small things that still need to be resolved.
