Altoona Pines is off what many would call the "downtown" part of Altoona. Instead it is in a residential section. THe workers that work there are very nice and friendly. And the people that are in Altoona Pines just love to have company, and make you feel welcome. Its a very neat building, both inside and out. And on warm days, people are always outside under the pavallion, enjoying the days.
