No, that was not a typo. I've been to Altitude 3 times and was confirming my latest appointment when all of a sudden I learned of a "scheduling conflict". The receptionist tried to find out what that meant but the manager (Cory) would not tell her. So I was waiting for his call on the DAY OF my appointment to confirm if I could even go. Turns out, he left me a "dear John" type voice mail to tell me that they did not WANT me to be their customer anymore (so of course the massage I had been looking forward to with Kristina was cancelled). I am so disappointed with this place. All I know was that I wrote a couple of reviews to let them know how they could improve my experience, and that I could not justify a five-star rating. Maybe that's their way of punishing people who give average reviews (they drop you as their customer!). Hey, just to let you know, Kristina is a stylist there but as a massage therapist she is considered "new talent". So she does give you a discounted rate but she requires a "certain level of connection" with her customers to keep you as a customer. Good luck with that, Kristina and all the best.

I loved the color and how it came out. I loved the blow out and product recommendations from my stylist. I am growing my hair long and the cut I got last time just looks even better as it grows out. I wish she had put some product barrier around my hairline so it didn’t stain my skin so much. The beauty of the custom color outshines that mishap.

As part of our services, we offer complimentary Neck and Bang Trims between haircuts (please call ahead so your stylist may accommodate you).
