The managers at alta pointe is steeling the rent monies....if you dont keep your receipt showing you paid your rent they will have you evicted and will lie in your face....knowing that thay have your money...i have seen this happen...management accepts mail/packages from mailman and ups and hold it for weeks at a time you go to the office to get it and they cant find it ....the apartments are...

I was worried after reading these reviews but the special offer they made me was to good to pass up. The community is close to my school and job. The staff is nice but always busy I can see that. I found that people in my building look out for each other and in any major city, you have to look out for each other. I have not had any problems and my apartment is clean and the gates are always...

The managment and leasing staff is terrible. The managers are rude and the leasing consultants are replaced every two weeks so they never know how to answer a question. The maintenance of the complex is also not good. There is trash, couches, carts from the grocery store and all kinds of things just laying around for days before it's picked up.

I was here for about a week before my appt was broken into ...period enough said.! Those little bastard work fast thank god we were not there...alta point is creepy --- hell!! People are always wayching you ...do not i repeat do not move here. Thank u that is all.

Honestly, these apartments are hell! From the overflowing trash, to the extremely slow repairs, the constant break ins, the out of control kids, the ever changing security guards that don't do anything but sit at the security gate eating church's chicken. The property has such potential however I would not suggest this over priced ghetto to my worst enemy!
