Help us make it rightA number of years ago, I had surgery that was very difficult to recover from. My surgeon's post-surgery healing suggestions were not helpful and showed the limits of his ability to get me through the healing process.
That's when I discovered Alta Physical and Complimentary Therapies. Thanks to the skill and care demonstrated by the therapists at Alta, I was able to walk again without pain, then run pain-free and ultimately I was able to reach the goal I set with Alta in our first meeting: to golf without pain.

I have been a patient at Alta PT for many, many years. I have been through numerous surgeries and illnesses. Through them all the people at Alta have put me back together and helped me heal and return to my normal life. Their humor and personal approach to their profession made all the hours of rehab tolerable. Alta therapists use their unique up-to-date skills to personalize treatment for each individual. Unlike many PTS I've used, these professionals do not believe in one-size-fits all. Instead, they evaluate, then treat and prescribe and follow up to manage the individual's progress. They have helped me to again have a life with much less pain and much more mobility after having treatment for 2 years by other professionals where I actually went backwards in progress.

Alta Physical Therapy & Pilates is a great place for physical therapy and pilates. Alta PT is close to CU and near Highway 36 on Baseline Road in Boulder. Alta's PTs are some of the most experienced in town.
Charlie Merrill and Mike Kohm are both level 2 certified in triggerpoint dry needling (TDN). TDN is great for sports injuries! Charlie and Mike are great at treating your sports injuries! This is the finest, most professional group of physical therapist with which we have ever had the pleasure of doing business. They able to provide full and complete services with anything regarding physical therapy and several other related services. Since their move to the new facilities, access is easy, parking is plentiful, location is simple to find, and it's easy to get there. From the Boulder - Denver Turnpike (28th Street) just head east on Baseline road and it will be on your left side before you get to 30th Street.
