Don't waste your money or your time. This practice is bad news. There are signs all over the office stating that you can only ask 2 questions. It is pathetic. So if you want to ask more questions, you need to return to ask more. It is ridiculous. Additionally, she engages in Insurance Fraud. Keep your distance and find another Doctor. She is a disgrace to the good Docs out there in private practice.
Charged $77 for a "no show" fee even though we showed up. We came in January after our insurance changed so they said we were now out of network. We told them to forget the procedure (to remove a mole) since it would be way too expensive and they said they'd charge us $77 for a no-show fee. This to me, is an awful way to do business. When I told them we were filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau the office manager told me "We've had complaints filed before, all they do is send you a letter." This, to me was very telling. Do not use these people -- there are plenty of good, reputable dermatologists in the denver area who won't rip you off.

Horrible, just horrible. Been with her for almost two years and always an hour plus wait in the waiting room and then at least 30 minutes in the check up room. Staff is slow, undereducated about anything that has to do with skin, and their favorite answer is.... drum roll please..... "I dont know". They do the classic MD scam. They make you book appointment after appointment before they help...
