This is a mobile unit and not able to do service at this location; it's a front to have an Oakland address. When I wanted to have a key duplicated yesterday, I was told it couldn't be done, that they don't have the equipment in Oakland to do it. The reviews on Google alerted me that there might be a problem.
Had my locks re keyed with Allways Locksmith company. They were on time. Service tech who came was great, helpful and patient to all of my questions. would defiantly use Allways Locksmith again.
I've received some of the best customer service from Allways Locksmith. First of all they gave me a ride to my house (I was on the BART), 2nd Alex opened my house within seconds. Even the charge was reasonable considered it was 10pm. I would defiantly refer them to friends& family who needs a break in service.
