I have actually worked for MAA, and my experience here from the maintenance to the office staff as been above and beyond. I would recommend this complex!

I use to love living here,until they changed the manager! Karimah François is extremely rude,and not helpful at all! She lie about "fixing" things,and when you asked her months later why something was not fixed,she doesn't give you an honest answer and are always extremely rude and unprofessional! The gate was broke for months,people got robed in the building! Her answer for that was a cheap...

I have lived in this building for 10 years. Management company has changed about three times over the last 10 years. The management company that is here now is good. Making a lot of changes to improve and update the property in order to compete with the newer complexes being built in the area. Cheryl in the leasing office is great.
