Useless. My 75 year old father had a car accident and Mr. Zhen's response to requests for help was ""Call Allstate directly on their 800 number."" The car may have had a defect that contributed to the accident and we wanted to make sure the manufacturer's rep did not ""accidently"" erase the on-board diagnostic computer; we also wanted the car to be wrapped to prevent further damage from the elements as it was being stored outdoors in winter. Again, Mr. Zhen was absolutely no help.
