This is the BEST gym i have ever been to, what Allen Branch has done is abosultely amazing!! There are 70 year old grandma's doing more push ups than most guys i know. My 3 year old son does the martial arts and my 13 year old daughter is in krava. Allen even took the time to teach my blind mom self defense. I love this place!!! It's more than a gym, it's a place to grow physically, mentally and emotionally!
