Buyer beware.  Allegro Medical deliberately masks and suppresses it's return policy.  Allegro Medical automatically declines returns a numerous items.  On other items it imposes a re-stocking fee of up to 30%. I ordered an Omron blood pressure monitor from Allegro Medical.  I had researched monitors and chose an Omron HEM-711AC primarily because of ratings of its' accuracy.  I ordered it on-line on 4/17/11 and the total came to a little over $100 because of an additional $24 for an "expedited" shipping charge.I received the UPS delivery on 4/20/11 but when I opened the box, I found an Omron BP742...

It is sad to read so many reports (232)  about Allegro Medical refusing to give Refunds to customers who followed all their return policy guidelines, and after many, many attempts and requests, by phone and Email,  for a refund. This company has a routine all its own.

I have spoken to no less than 6 customer service representatives over the last 3 to 4 weeks and each time they promise to credit my credit card return and they have yet to do so.
