Wow, be careful what you get into with these guys. The phone was not set up properly when I got it. They have a 24/7 hotline but no one returned my calls for days before I left on my trip. I had a GREAT experience using all road. The office staff was very helpful in getting me the products I needed at short notice! Everyone there was more than willing to help me and walk me through how to use a sat phone. I also feel like the price for what i got was great! very comparable to other places!
