okay so I called this place last week to get my kitten to have her spayed and declawed and a couple of vaccines done. Got an appointment time for just yesterday morning. I have called 7 times requesting copies of my sons dogs rabies certificate since he no longer lives in state...each time I am told it is mailed, faxed, etc yet still nothing 2 months later...worse service ever!!!!! How hard is it to put paper in an envelope and put a stamp on it and walk it to a mailbox?? I would NEVER go here again.
The Vet made me feel like a bad Mom to my babies...oh no no no you don't! Their solution was to put my 'not loved' cat on cat prozac, putting my Delilah in a comatose state. NOPE...bye bye pills and bye bye VET! My babies are very loved thank you very much!
