Had a new Cedar Fence installed. Within 2 weeks 7 boards had split with 8 more boards that are warped. Made NUMEROUS attempts to contact them to discuss an option to replacing these or at least a refund on the cost of these boards. They will not return my call. Several years ago, All Metro Fence Co. of Jackson installed a metal fence and automatic gate for us. Over the years, we have called them regarding general maintenance issues. On some occasions we were able to speak with someone, on others we were told someone had to call us back, who didn't, but at no time were we ever able to get anyone with All Metro to attend to our maintenance issues. ...
