When deciding upon an Alarm Company it was important to me that they were local, so that they would care about me as an individual, and that I would be able to get ahold of that company any time of the day. Many alarm companies I called I instantly got a voicemail many stating to call back during normal business hours. All-Guard answered my calls at all times of the day with a live person, and they were friendly. I'm glad I decided to go with them their employees are knowledgable, friendly, and focused on my satisfaction.

Too eager to sell you their services, but when it comes to monitoring whether the system is functional or not, their reps told me that it's the customer's responsibility to notify them (Huh..).…
