I had a bad experience also, Matthew was gunho to come out and help with roof rats, but the only thing they did was charge 90.00 to place 2 plastic rat bait boxes with rat bait, where I had fruit trees.Save yourself time and money go to home depot or buy online;9.00 for bait and order bait stations …
