AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
We paid for the entire online course AND the driving lessons. Our teenager finished his online course 30 days ago and he (Maurice) hasn't done a thing since. I reached him twice by phone and he promised to send the certificate of completion the next day, never did. He said he would email practice exams, never did. He has NEVER returned a phone call, an email or even a note left on the business door.
Sign on door says mainly 9-5 but they were closed every time. Driving is a big thing for teenagers and this guy hasn't shown an ounce of caring. Our teenager spent THIRTY hours on lessons then has been waiting another thirty days to take his DMV exam. FOR NOTHING. Now he'll have to repeat everything.
Online for our teenager was just fine. Trying to set up appointments for the actual driving lessons was like pulling teeth. Multiple no shows and not returning calls or emails. Finally got 2 driving lessons done. Maurice showed up at he door, said "let's go" then took off. No come in, sit down, talk about the plans, etc. The only way we could tell where they were was by GPS. Maurice never said...
