Over the past few years I have done a lot of business with this particular place because I have larger wheels on my vehicle and they do well with that where other places don't. Broken stud / lug nut repair

I took my vehicle to NTB on Callahan Dr in Knoxville and was told that they couldn't drill the stud out to remove the wheel due to how the lug nut broke. They recommended I go to someone who could use a blow torch to melt it out, simultaneously damaging the wheel and anything else around the stud that doesn't react well to extreme heat. Idiots.
