My parents both retired had an $8,000 AC unit installed less then a year ago. The unit went out 7 days ago and they can not find a motor to repair it. Still without AC and have no idea when they will repair it. Just looking to take advantage of them

They refuse to come back and fix my air, because it's cool outside right now. Class action lawsuit is on its way.

Repairman Rudy told me to go to hell when I asked for receipt and told him to leave.he said part was stripped but took me two hands to tighten.not stripped Rudy was trying to rip off home owner.never use them again.

We installed a new Amana unit 120709 at a cost of over $4,900 and they have had to come to my home and do repairs twice a year since. All parts have been under warranty except refrigeratent and the labor has total over $1,100. The service manager Ron they have now is quite rude.
