Daniela Almajan the dentist of Alfordable Dental was extremely rude the entire visit. I came there not in immediate pain and in a good mood. She made me feel more than uncomfortable. The anesthesia either did not work or she did not apply it correctly and I was not numbed. I made a noise when I was given the shot. She told me "don't make a noise you aren't giving birth". She started to pull my tooth. It hurt. I cried out. She said it was pressure not pain. She tried again and I cried out again. I asked that she please give me more medication or do something differently. She said no and I hurt her ear and to get out of the office. I said my roots are out and my insurance won't cover the oral surgeon. I had to BEG her to pull the tooth. She wanted to kick me out into the rain with exposed roots and nerves to maybe go to the ER. In the end she yelled at me "if all my patients were like you I'd be deaf". It was a more than traumatic experience. I have since met people who have worked for her as they are getting college credits to become dental professionals and say this type of abuse happens all the time and they are afraid to come forward because she has threatened to make it impossible for them to achieve their goals. (i only picked one star because it made me pick a star to post this comment or she'd get no star at all)

Rudest group of people I have ever met. Very inconsiderate.
Unprofessional. Rude and uncaring. Had an appt, but they called me in early only to get there, get in the chair, have everything ready for my extraction (including having taken a valium), just to have the dentist come in and say "I don't have time to do this today". All this after waiting 2 hours in the waiting room! Found a different dentist and am very happy with them.

My husband had lost a crown and went there to get a new one to replace it. The one they put on left a big gap under the front of the tooth where food now gets stuck. He went back in to see what could be done, she told him he needed another crown on the tooth in front to fill in that gap.
