I waited weeks to get an appointment. Then waited in his waiting room for over an hour and there where still several patients in front of me when I left. I am sure Dr. High is very busy but it is rude to schedule patients and stack them up then make them wait. Just plain rude.

The staff is great. They are vary professional . And if you need a tooth pulled go here. Was fast and painless.

I've never had the opportunity to be a patient of Dr. High yet, but I had scheduled appointments for my daughters. The staff on the phone seemed friendly during scheduling. But come the day of the appointment, I had to cancel (5hrs before the apt) because my youngest was getting sick. Excellent he cares about your well being. not just the dollar hard to find such compassion and care today. Although hiss front desk individual. is not very kind acted luje it was a chore to address patients no smile. seemed rude. rest of staff excellent

Awful experience. The dentist is very nice but he doesn't listen. When I went in there, he told me I had several cavities that I needed to have filled. He asked me if I had any teeth bothering me. I told him of a specific tooth that really bothers me every once in awhile and he flat out told me that the particular tooth I was referring to wasn't a major concern to him.
