I was told I needed to pay $1000 before having a foley catheter removed. This was while I waited for 2.5 hours in pain with a backed up, leaking Foley bag.
This is an office that accepts my insurance, and after I had paid my co-pay.
I was in shock, never had I been told I needed to pay for services upfront, while I was in great pain.

Very professional and competent, seemed to really care about patient. Good listener, friendly, and knowledgable. The staff was also very nice.

Good doctor, but hard to reach, and get appointments with.

And the office staff is simply horrible: rude, lazy, inattentive. Further, the wait times are over an hour long, in an overcrowded, not-very-clean space.

So, any visit to the doctor becomes like a visit to the DMV.

He is hands down the best GU doctor I have ever seen. Kind, warm, funny, and extremely smart. He was able to size up my issue easily and was excellent in terms of follow through. I felt that he really went out of his way and I was extremely impressed.
