Regretfully, I cannot recommend this company. Their glass break sensor was a total product failure. A burglar threw a 4 pound rock through our window, and it didn't set off the alarm. The sensor actually failed us twice because the burglar came back the next night and broke out another window. Alarm Associates admitted that the sensor had not been set sensitive enough, yet there is no warranty...

My family and I had a terrible experience with this company. It saddens us, but Alarm Associates does not stand behind their product like they should. There are many other alarm companies out there, and I highly encourage you to choose a different one. A smaller company should specialize in exceptional customer service, but Alarm Associates is the exact opposite.
