I'm embarrassed to say how many apartments we looked at before finding alara. I have been incredibly happy with our apartment! Great location and they are constantly making renovations around the complex.
My only concern has been a slow response to a maintnence request recently, which is uncommon. They are usually very quick to help.

I lived there for two years and had no problems. Maintenance personnel and mgmnt are prompt. I like it there.

Been here for 6 months and still loving it. Wonderful staff, community, and safety. The only reason why I'm thinking about leaving is the Traffic on the 400 is horrendous in the morning.

I'm still thinking about staying here and I might eventually staying here just because it feels like the right thing to do.

The staff here is very professional and courteous - with any community this size you might have noisy neighbors, but my experience has been a very satisfied one - I have lived in many apartment complexes in the past 20 years and consider AMLI at Park Bridge one of the best - top ratings for staff, construction quality, and maintenance (never had to use but I have seen them in action)

The management could care less about helping it's residents. All they are interested in is the rent money, which keeps being raised even though no improvements to the property have been made. Neighbor who continually kept me awake all night was never addressed. I'm tired of losing sleep. The apartments look okay from the inside but lack any type of landscaping on the outside.
