We had the Aladdin Carpet Cleaners come in and clean the carpets after a remodel. They didn't do the best job the first time around and needed to have them back out the next day to go over a few areas. The resulting return had the effect?

I called to make an appointment with this company and I got treated so horribly over the phone. First of all the man couldn't hear a thing I said. I had to repeat every thing several times and than he got an attitude with me for having to repeat it. Than he couldn't give me a price quote for the service I requested which is completely unprofessional. I asked if he quoted on site and he hung up...

There service is good but not great! I think maybe it was just might of been the problem i had, i would recommend them just for basic work ...
