1. owner doesn't own any A/C tools or even a proper service vehicle
2. business doesn't have a permanent address as required by Texas Law
3. owner hand writes receipts with a blank, generic receipt book purchased at office depot.
4. After my expensive A/C installation died within 3 days, owner won't return my calls.
5. company techs informed me that this company gets lots of call backs.
6. owner lied - contracted for a 2.5 ton A/C, owner installed a smaller, 2 ton system.
7. Have been trying to file suit against owner, but can't find him to serve him.
