I wish I could give a BIG 0. Worst customer service, stupidest people working, constant conection problems. DID I MISS ANYTING?

If I could I would give a negative -100 to this company. I agree with Ms. Helen and they did the same to me as they did to her. This company rips you off and their customer service lie to you and is terrible and that is if you ever get someone to answer your phone or talk to you. They are the worst!

Very disappointed with this company !! Been with them for 10 years , sad to see them always raising the prices with pour excuses every time I call.. I am in the process of switching international carrier .. Thumbs down seriously !!!

The WORST phone service.

Cheat all the time with calling time. Bad quality. Never return phone calls. Cheat with invoices: apply every time late fee - when I pay instantly after receiving invoice. I will report to authorities. This business must be closed forever.

First of all - poor connection quality. That is not too surprising for the company advertising cheap rates. What is really bad in my opinion - they cheat on the amount of minutes I talked. I noticed it on my first bill. What they did - convert few really short talks to a long ones (like 30 min long). Called them with a complain - got promise of call back. And never received one. Got my second bill - the same story. Basically they make up for the low rates. Instead of paying 4c I paid around 6c per min. BTW, previuosly I encoutered very similar scam in the company call NECC Communications....
