cant fix anything. poor communication. if they cant fix something they try to avoid you by not contacting you back and stalling to send out a tech. waste of time and money.

I called and spoke to Tim. He had a technician out the same day. The heater was fixed and working by 3:15 and I think the cost was very reasonable. Thanks!
