They showed up right away and on time. One man worked alone. He did a good job of installing the vacuum system. But! Then he installed plastic in my crawl space but did not seal it up. He just unrolled it. I sent an e-mail to the company asking if this is right. I did not get any reply. I feel like they charged me a dollar a square foot for nothing. ($360.00) for unrolling a sheet of plastic.
