Terrible. Owner is unresponsive. A/C went out around 7pm for the fourth time. Tech cam out and said there was a leak in the system & motors were burned out. Someone would come in the morning to fix. Techs came the next day and the unit still didn't work after repairs. I called again and was told to flip the breaker to reset the system. After this suggestion didn't work, I called again and was...
We have used this company for the last three years, per recommendation of our neighbor, who has been using them for 35 years. We asked them to evaluate our AC, which they said they would estimate at no cost. We just got a bill for $100. Never use these people. We paid them thousands of dollars for a brand new system that still doesn't work 5 days later, and no one knows why. Every tech that comes out to our house tells use something different and the AC manager keeps telling us he will call us and never does.
