They missed their appointment then never showed for the day they rescheduled. Avoid at all costs...that is, unless you want to wait at home waiting for them to never show up!!!

after reading good reviews about them, i called this company & they did live up to my expectations, for sure. it cost me more than i would have liked for it to cost, but everything seems to cost me more than i would have liked. AND, they fixed it and i didn't have to buy a new heater pump... or whatever it's called. so i guess i'm glad for that, right? they got here fast and fixed my a/c. now...
