Great loft, unskilled stylists. These ppl cannot do locks. Everyones hair looked a mess so I should've taken that as a warning signal. She was using a comb to part my hair-what!!?? Tugging and sighing like this her first head of hair ever. I'm lucky she didnt rip my hair out. My hair has been well maintained by a professional for a long while. The lady could not palm roll at all. I had to show...

My Two-strand twist extensions began falling out three days after leaving the shop. The stylist cut the locks too short and inadequately placed extensions to the hair. The owner was argumentative and defensive. The most unprofessional salon experience ever!
