No reply to my messages - usless to call!

Left numerous messages to check status of my request for advertisement for about two weeks and NO return call at all - not the best way how to treat new customer. Word of advice: DO NOT call “AFISHA”, if you want something to be done you have to catch somebody in the local office.

I called to get a pricing for an ad, person who answered was very called. I would say rude. Told me something when I confirmed he said to call back later.

I called and they answered right away. They have very competitive prices. And they magazine worked for me pretty well.

Tried to call the number provided for 3 days, trying to reach someone. I was left on hold for 30 to 45 minunes each time. Since I don't like to give up on things, I kept calling. Finally after being on hold for 35 minutes, an answering machine kicked in and asked me to leave a message. I did. it has been two days, still waiting for a call back...I guess the business is so good, that they don't...
