Wait time was minimal. Office staff while busy was still very polite and informative. Although I am/was very ashamed of my teeth I was made very comfortable. I would strongly recommend them to anyone. I'm only at day 5 post-op of 15 extractions but I am so glad to be able to show my smile after 20 years.
