My 91 year old mother was there by herself and said no one had any nametags on. The receptionist was very rude. Made her pay huge amount up front before even being seen. Person walked in to take impressions and never id'ed himself or greeted her. Just stuck it in her mouth and walked off. My brother went with her the next time to get money back to get another opinion-they told her she needed...

I give them 1 star because of the horribly rude receptionist. Maybe she's jaded from years of rude customers but that's not a good enough excuse for her rudeness. And heaven forbid you have a question, she is just downright mean. That being said we are happy with the dentures so far (it's only been a day.) They need to give the receptionist some customer service training or give her the boot!

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
