My 71 year old mother saw a ad on televsion for a 1 year membership to Court South. She has a heart condition and thought with a light fitness routine it could help her health. My 71 year old mother paid her bill on time every month towards her 1 year membership. Little did she know her salesman at Court South signed her up for 3 years! It was a trick and scam. I know she should have read it carefully, but she""s 71 and trusted the southern gentleman! I went to my mothers first court date ( yes my 71 year old mom had to go to court )and after we spoke to the judge, we went outside to speak...
