Emil Villaroman did 5 crowns. 4 fell out repeatedly over a 5 month period. One that had to have a root canal drilled into it broke, leaving a jagged mess in my mouth. Because my insurance will not cover replacing crowns that are only a year old, this is costing me thousands of dollars to replace his shoddy work.
