It was a very hot September and we were still using our A/C. They replaced the transformer. I noticed that they did not bother removeing the old trasformer and just set this one on top of it, which i thought was a little sloppy, but the A/C worked then so i didn't think to much about it. When it was time to turn on the furnace 2 months later, it did not come on. I was ready to call them back...
