I highly recommend Advance Heating & Air. They contacted me like they said they would, gave me the information I needed. The technicians were professional, punctual and very knowledgeable. Gas water heater developed a leak. I was told technician would be at my residence between 1P and 5P and service call would be $59.00. Tech called at 12:30P and arrived at 1P. He determined the water heater would have to be replaced, it was a 9 yr/old STATE gas water heater installed by Knox Util Board. Order placed and paid on Friday with agreement to hold check until job finished. Monday...
