I appreciate the fact that I rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes to be taken. Also, I have very sensitive teeth and the dental hygenist is always careful to use numbing gel on my gums before cleaning my teeth. Everyone is friendly and competent; exactly what anyone should be looking for in a dental practice.

This office is super-professional, from returning my initial call over a weekend, to scheduling me right away, to the expert care by Dr. Magid and his wonderful staff. This is a top-notch dental practice in new and beautiful offices, with the most advanced technology. It is totally dedicated to care and comfort of the patient. Exceptionally clean, very efficient, totally personal.

I scheduled an appointment for a consultation with Dr. Magid. The receptionist called and canceled the consultation stating Dr. Magid " had to leave" I re-scheduled and on the day of my new appointment there was no answer at the office. I went to the office and no one was there. I did not receive a call from anyone at this establishment to explain or cancel the second appointment. Very poor...
