The internet was fast, it got slow, replaced all of my equipment with new, everything is still slow. 3.2-5 Mbps is unacceptable when paying for 50Mbps. Support is no help.

The worst, worst, worst, worst, worst, worst, worst internet provider ever. Did I mention that they are the worst. My connection is up and down. Had them come over 3 times until one tech mentioned getting a newer modem. Boom, get new modem, upgrade to 50MB plan and connection is now the same, downtime is all the time with Advanced Cable. I am forced to use cable modem due to the need to have faster upload speeds than I can get from uverse or other typical DSL providers.
