Customer service appears to be a priority here. I bought a back-lit glass wall picture (from Goodwill) with a bad circuit board and I called Advanced Assembly and left a message too see if they could help me. Erin (the regional account manager) called me back shortly after and we decided that my little project was a bit to small for them. She got my email address and she got back to me later...
