Help us make it rightHello,In August of 2016 a micro burst hit an apartment complex I was living in. The damage was severe and all occupants were asked to leave. The building was determined to have structural damage. At some point I had phoned APS and requested my service be moved to my new residence. I dont recieve a paper bill because I review my bill on line. I had noticed an address that appeared above my new...
We're new to APS; but have been pleased thus far.
Like another reviewer mentioned, they are more expensive than SRP.
But it's not like you have an option.
You either live in APS territory or SRP.
I have not really had any problems with APS. Although we have had problems recently with our power randomly going out, they were quite quick to respond. We are pretty sure the outages were due to construction, not APS. I would like better prices, but that's not going to happen, so overall they aren't bad.
I have had APS for over 4 years and our electricity has only gone out once (as far as I remember). They have good customer service - for instance, I had a billing problem once and they quickly straightened it out. The other option to APS is SRP -- but it depends on where you live.
Although they are a bit more expensive than SRP, they are a good company. They are very customer oriented, and will work with you to get the most electricity for your money. They have many plans that can save you money and help you conserve energy.
