Where do I begin... I was way over due for a cleaning. I called in the morning, spoke to Fran, and she went out of her way to get me in by 5:00 that evening which was the last appointment of the day. Upon arrival I was greeted with smiles, hello's and a handshake! I always feel so welcomed! I thought being the last patient everyone would rush to get me out and get home. Definitely not the case....
