I will never rent from them for a 2nd time after my lease is up Ill be moving. un happy with the way some of the staff treats tenants. Kelly is supper nice. Rich an old grumpy man. Max im not to sure maybe he needs a hearing device. Seems…

No Problem In Almost 10 Years

I currently live in one of Adams, Adams & Morris properties. It will be 10 years this coming April. I have never had a problem with any of the office staff. Anytime I call for anything, I get fast courteous service. I have had a new roof, screen doors replaced, water heater replaced and other things done with no problem.

I would suggest that the reviewer pay their rent on time, maybe then they would not have such a bad experience.
